How cancellation timelines work and when fees may apply to your booking.
While we hope every booking goes as planned, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. For that reason, we apply a flexible and transparent cancellation policy.
Depending on your client level and booking type, you may cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance. For less frequent clients this term is 48 hours and for new clients it’s 3 days. You may share your reason for cancellation but this does not impact the cancellation policy. Whatever your reason for cancelling, the risk is ours until that term is reached. From then the risk is yours. Given that our service is tailormade, we consider our cancellation policy very fair and flexible.
If your booking is a Guaranteed Booking, which is automatically the case with very long bookings or after multiple cancellations by you, you can no longer cancel your booking free of charge.
If a cancellation fee is due, we gladly halve this in case the fee can be deducted from your prepayment or you pay the cancellation fee within two weeks. Our full cancellation policy can always be found in our terms and conditions.
