Privacy policy of our high end escort service

Society Service is the controller of your personal data and determines how and why it is processed. This privacy statement explains which data we process, why we do so, on which legal grounds this takes place, and which privacy rights you have.

We are aware that privacy statements in our industry are regularly copied or treated as a mere formality. Society Service distinguishes itself by ensuring that privacy and data protection do not exist only on paper, but are genuinely embedded in our day to day operations and in the way we handle client data.

1. Scope of this privacy statement

This privacy policy applies to clients and prospective clients of Society Service, and to every interaction via website, booking form, email, telephone, WhatsApp and SMS, both before, during and after an enquiry or booking.

2. What information do we collect

We collect personal data directly from clients and, where necessary, from communications in connection with an enquiry or booking, from escorts and, in limited cases, from public sources. Personal data must be accurate and complete, as inaccurate and/or incomplete information may prevent us from providing our services. This may affect the extent to which we are able to offer our services on the basis of limited information, but not the confidentiality with which we handle your data. We only request and retain data that is reasonably necessary for verification, safety, performance of the booking, administration and the protection of those involved.

Depending on the situation, we may process, among other things, the following data:

  • Name, year of birth, telephone number, email address and IP address.
  • Booking details, such as date, time, location, duration and other practical details.
  • Information about preferences, expectations and relevant personal wishes.
  • Payment information, such as payment status and the bank account number from which payment was made, insofar as this is visible on bank statements.
  • Communication via email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS and booking form.
  • Internal notes and feedback from escorts insofar as relevant to safety, consent, boundary monitoring, safe sex and future matching.

We may also process privacy sensitive information insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the booking in accordance with the client’s wishes, or for safety, consent, boundary monitoring and matching.

We do not process credit card details, other card details or copies of identity documents. If a client presents an identity document for inspection during onboarding or verification, this is viewed once only and is not stored. Any optional verification data, such as a work related email address or a public profile, is deleted after verification when it is no longer needed.

3. Why do we collect and use personal information

Society Service processes personal data for the following reasons:

  • To assess an enquiry and make a booking possible.
  • To create a suitable match between client and escort(s).
  • To carry out a booking properly and better tailor future bookings.
  • To protect the safety, wellbeing and boundaries of escort(s).
  • To safeguard consent, safe sex and respectful conduct.
  • To comply with legal and administrative obligations.
  • To protect our rights, business and the persons involved in the event of incidents or disputes.
  • To prevent fake bookings, abuse, threats, fraud, extortion, non payment, other boundary crossing behaviour or serious breaches of our Terms and Conditions.

Personal data is not processed for any other purposes unless there is a valid legal basis for doing so or explicit consent has been given.

4. Legal basis

Society Service processes personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract, for assessing enquiries and organising and carrying out bookings.
  • Legitimate interest, for screening, safety, fraud prevention, incident registration, protection of escorts and protection of the business.
  • Legal obligation, insofar as processing is necessary to comply with legal, fiscal or administrative obligations.

5. Retention of information

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is necessary due to legislation, an incident, a dispute or safety related reasons.

We want to be transparent about how we process, protect and delete your data. The following processes within our organisation contribute to this:

  • Custom CRM: After 3 years, your data is de-identified; after 7 years, it is deleted. Private address details are retained within this period only for the most recent booking.
  • Email: Messages are retained on our servers for a maximum of 1 year and then for up to 5 additional years in an offline archive.
  • Mobile devices: We do not store your number on mobile devices. Call history is retained for a maximum of 3 months, and old devices are completely wiped before they are replaced.
  • WhatsApp: Messages are automatically deleted after 1 week.

In the event of serious breaches of our terms and conditions, such as fake bookings, abuse, threats, fraud, extortion, non payment or other boundary crossing behaviour, we may retain relevant data for longer, for as long as is reasonably necessary to prevent further harm or safety risks.

6. Sharing personal data

Personal information is only shared within Society Service with persons who strictly need it for their work. Society Service ensures that personal data is shared sparingly and only when absolutely necessary.

Full client information is accessible exclusively to owner Marike. A back office colleague may have limited access insofar as this is functionally necessary. The accountant only has access insofar as this is necessary for his work.

We limit the sharing of data within our organisation in order to protect sensitive information. Escorts receive only the information necessary for the performance of a booking, in principle do not receive identifying client data and are contractually bound by confidentiality.

In addition, carefully selected technical service providers, such as the hosting provider and CRM developer, may have limited access for technical support. Relevant contractual arrangements have been made with such parties regarding confidentiality and data protection.

Society Service may also share personal data:

  • With legal advisers or debt collection partners when necessary.
  • With competent authorities when legally required or necessary to protect our rights, property, safety or the safety of escorts.
  • In as de-identified a form as possible within the relevant industry context, when this is necessary to prevent further harm or serious misconduct.

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes, do not share it for commercial purposes and never sell it to third parties.

7. How Society Service protects personal information

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unlawful processing. These measures include secure connections, restricted internal access, encryption of sensitive systems, confidentiality obligations, contractual arrangements with involved service providers and ongoing attention to cybersecurity and external security testing.

Despite these measures, no form of digital storage or transmission can guarantee complete security. If you have reason to believe that there is a privacy issue or unsafe situation, we request that you contact us immediately via legal@societyservice.com.

Unless otherwise agreed, we do not contact you without a valid reason. If we need to contact you, this will in principle be done by email. We will only call you to return a missed call within 60 minutes, or in urgent matters relating to your upcoming booking or in follow up of an outstanding payment.

8. Privacy rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain cases, to request the deletion of your data.

A request may be submitted via legal@societyservice.com. We will only process a request when we can reasonably establish that it originates from the correct person, preferably via a contact method already known to us and verified. We will in principle respond within one month.

You may request:

  • De-identification: Your data will be adjusted in such a way that you are no longer directly identifiable on the basis of your contact details, while only limited, non directly identifying data may remain.
  • Deletion: Your personal data will be deleted insofar as we no longer need to retain it, including contact details and booking details.

The consequences are as follows:

  • In the case of de-identification, your member account will end, but any credit will remain. In principle, renewed onboarding and verification will not be necessary if a later link can still be made in a responsible way.
  • In the case of deletion, your member account will end, any credit will lapse, you will need to complete the onboarding and verification process again for any future enquiry, and deleted data cannot be restored.

We may refuse or postpone a request for deletion in whole or in part if data is still needed due to a legal retention obligation, an outstanding payment, a dispute, a safety incident, fraud, a faker file or the protection of our business, escorts or third parties.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time, for example in response to changes in legislation, services or internal processes. The most current version is always available on our website.

10. Contact

If you have any questions or comments about this privacy statement, please contact us by email at legal@societyservice.com. For unresolved issues, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
