This has been set up as a possible concession in some cases and to prevent our pleasant relationship from being disturbed by the situation that has arisen.

What are the options with the Leniency Policy of our escortservice?

Have you canceled a booking that is subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our Terms and Conditions or a situation in which there is no right to a refund? Then you can ask for leniency. You can do this if your cancellation or situation was unforeseen, through no fault of your own and you can and want to prove this. You are then essentially asking us to bear or take over some of the consequences of your cancellation. After all, we may also owe your escort a cancellation fee and this remains unchanged, regardless of whether and how much cancellation fee you pay.

There are a number of things that influence your request. If you have rarely or never canceled a booking in the past and you immediately place a new booking to replace the canceled booking, this will have a positive impact on your request. But if your canceled booking was a Guaranteed Booking, or you only canceled your booking with very short notice, this will again have a negative impact. We look at the total picture.

How do you submit an application for the Leniency Policy of our escortservice?

After payment of the cancellation fee has been done, you must submit your leniency request within 6 weeks. This can never be submitted if there is an outstanding payment. You send us an e-mail stating the reason for the cancellation, accompanied by any proof(s) you feel comfortable sharing with us. We will consider the circumstances of the cancellation in question with each request, but we will also take into account any other cancellations by you in our decision. It goes without saying that we treat your request confidentially and you can also count on our discretion.

What are the possible outcomes of your leniency request?

You will receive a response to your leniency request from us within 48 hours. We may request additional information or evidence from you. There are three possible outcomes:

1. Your request is denied.
2. Your request is approved, you will receive (part of) the fee back in the form of credit, which you can spend on another booking with our escort service within 3 years.
3. Your request is approved, we refund (part of) the fee via bank transfer.

We will motivate our considerations in the decision, but these are final and are not open to negotiation or discussion. Furthermore, no rights can be derived from the existence of this Lenience Policy. We can tell you that we approve more leniency requests than we reject.
