Our preferred contact method is by email. During our opening hours, you can expect a reply within 6 hours. Our opening hours are daily between 10.00 and 22.00. In stead of emailing us we recommend that you also consult our website, which includes a lot of information.
In case you need urgent assistance, you may also contact us by phone or Whatsapp. WhatsApp is great for short questions & quick updates about your existing booking, but not for long conversations or unfocused messages. Therefore, messages such as ‘hi’, ‘how much’ and ‘who’s available’ are not answered.
