When is a deposit required for your booking?
Clear conditions for prepayment and deposit via bank transfer
We aim to keep payments simple and clear. Prepayment by bank transfer is our preferred method, but in many cases payment at the start of the booking, for example in cash, is also possible. In some situations we require a deposit upfront. This is mainly when a booking involves extra planning, higher costs, or limited verification options.
Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve time that cannot be offered elsewhere. Some bookings also involve travel planning, coordination outside regular opening hours, or external expenses that must be arranged in advance. A deposit helps us plan reliably and keeps expectations clear on both sides.
New clients: a deposit is required
For new clients, a deposit by bank transfer is required. The standard deposit is €250, plus travel costs and any fee for additional work required before the booking. This covers preparation time and confirms your reservation.
Exceptions are possible only when the booking is made less than two weeks in advance and all details can be verified, including a working phone number, verified identity, and a verifiable booking location that you provide yourself. A reference may also support this.
All clients: when a deposit is required
A deposit is required when a booking has a higher operational impact, higher cost exposure, or limited flexibility. This applies in the following situations:
- Bookings that involve external costs, for example when we arrange the booking location.
- Bookings that require more than 250 km of one way travel.
- Bookings that start outside our opening hours.
- High value bookings.
- Bookings with an escort who accepts bank transfer payments only. This is always stated in her profile in the rate section.
- Bookings where the client cannot or does not want to provide a working phone number.
In some cases we may request a deposit even if your booking does not fall into the categories above. This is mainly based on reliability and the extra time needed to plan the booking properly:
- If there were payment issues in the past.
- If a client cancels or reschedules more often than average.
- If the booking includes special custom requests that require extra time, preparation, or coordination.
Refunds and cancellations
If a booking is cancelled, the deposit paid will be (partially) refunded. If we cancel, no costs apply. If you cancel, we first offset the deposit against any outstanding cancellation or reservation fees, and we charge a modest administrative fee. This is always handled in line with our terms and conditions.
