In 2020, a number of major mail providers decided that any mail not sent from their own servers would be marked as spam. This is the case, for example, for Hotmail, which also includes Outlook and Live. We also regularly end up in the spam folder at Gmail.
Naturally, we have made every effort to ensure that providers do not automatically mark our domain and our mail server as spam. In many cases, however, this is a never ending story. The only solution seems to be to also use the mail servers of such parties. However, because we consider your privacy quite important, this is not an option as far as we are concerned. Mail from our escortservice to a Hotmail/Live user
Has the email from our escort service ended up in your junk folder? Login to email account. Then open the email and select "This message is not spam". You will find this relatively at the top of the page, above the email. Do you want to prevent our email from ending up in your junk email folder at all? Click on the wheel after you have logged in to your mailbox to access your settings. At the bottom of the drop-down menu you will find "View all Outlook settings". Mail from our escortservice to a Gmail user
You can find the Gmail spam folder by clicking "More" in the menu to the left of your mailboxes when you are logged in. There you will find the extra folders, including the spam folder. You can access this menu from the Gmail app by clicking on the three lines at the top right. If you find our email here, please open this email and select "Report this is not spam". Do you want to prevent our emails from ending up in your spam folder? Click on the wheel after you have logged in to your mailbox to access your settings. Select "View all settings". Go to the menu tab "Filters and blocked addresses". Create a new filter here. In the "From" field, enter our e-mail address and then select the option to never move this e-mail address in the spam folder. If you use the Outlook program
You can use various programs to retrieve and manage your mail. Outlook is a well-known example of this. Also with this program you can indicate in your spam folder with our email that this is not spam/junk. You can also indicate in the popup that emails from our address can always be trusted. In this way, our email should arrive in your inbox the next time. You can also add our email address (preventively) to your Safe Senders list in Outlook. If you use Apple Mail
Also on your Apple device is a standard mail program, namely Apple Mail. This mail program will usually scan your incoming mail for possible spam and move it to your spam folders or junk mail. If our mail ends up in your spam folder, you can indicate in the relevant email message "Move to Incoming". The email will then go back to your inbox and should not end up in the spam folder again. In addition, you can adjust settings regarding unwanted advertising to your liking in your settings or have our domain or email address appear in your inbox by default with the option "rules".
