High class escort application process at Society Service
Applying as a high class escort at Society Service: figures and drop off points in 2024 and 2025
Our core team plays an important role, but the real difference is ultimately made by the escorts we work with. That is why this is a good moment to look back at the figures behind applying and working as a high class escort at Society Service, including the most common moments when candidates or we decide to stop the process.
Short summary: Each year, around 8000 people complete our first application form. About 16 percent are invited to complete the second form. After that, we select based on professionalism, expectations and work ethic. On average, around 40 candidates per year start with a first booking, after which typically 1 to 2 new escorts per month remain for the long term.
Many people wonder: if sometimes a thousand people apply in a single month, why do only a few new profiles ultimately appear on the website? Below you can read what our application funnel looked like in 2024 and 2025, where candidates most often drop off, and the reasons behind it.
How many candidates applied in 2024 and 2025
In 2024, 8200 people completed our first application form. In 2025, that number was 7900. Those are high figures. Some applicants are still exploring and mainly want to sense whether they “have a chance.” That is understandable, but it also explains why the funnel narrows quickly.
From the first forms, a selection moved on to the second form in 2024: 1300 candidates, about 16 percent. In 2025, it was 1250, again about 16 percent. So most candidates drop off in round one.
An interesting point: most applicants have no previous experience as an escort. That is not a disadvantage. We often see the strongest match with candidates who are new, but smart, eager to learn and serious.

Why so many escort candidates drop off after the first form
The reason many candidates drop off after the first form is usually straightforward: a collaboration needs to be beneficial for both parties, and not everyone fits what our clients are looking for. In this first selection, we mainly look at basic details and presentation. Candidates may be rejected, for example, if they do not speak Dutch, if suitable photos are not available, if someone does not want to follow the procedure, is younger than 21, or if someone mainly wants to work temporarily at as many places as possible.
Anyone invited to complete the second form can no longer remain anonymous and is asked to respond in more depth. At this stage it often becomes clear that someone is poorly informed, has unrealistic expectations, or comes with demands that do not fit how this work functions in practice. These are the most common reasons candidates drop off in this part of the process.
Which interviews we hold during the selection
The route is clear: first form, second form, first interview, second interview, and then the first booking.
Each year, we invite an average of about 500 candidates for a first interview, which candidates can schedule themselves. About half do not schedule, stop responding, or simply do not show up. This means that only a small proportion of everyone who applies actually ends up sitting with us. When we invite someone, they already meet the basic requirements “on paper.” Not showing up or not responding is, for us, a clear indicator that the work ethic does not match the responsibility this work requires.
Of the candidates we do meet for the first interview, about half then drop off because we do not see the collaboration working. At that stage, it is no longer about “does someone qualify,” but about energy, connection, maturity, reliability, and whether we foresee a pleasant professional collaboration. About a quarter decide themselves not to continue. The remaining group moves on to a second interview.
We hold a second interview with around 60 candidates per year. In this conversation, we discuss in concrete terms what it means to work as a high class escort at Society Service, including setting agreements out in a contract. For some candidates, the step becomes truly real at this point. Questions about planning, privacy and the impact on private life surface then. Understandable, but it is better for everyone if that consideration is made earlier in the process.
What the first bookings and the introductory period look like
Ultimately, around 40 candidates per year start with a first booking through us. After that comes the introductory period. The first 10 bookings are supervised: in that phase, the new escort is only visible to people who booked with us in the past year and whom we consider suitable for appointments with new escorts. That protects the escort and the experience for the client.
After a few bookings, about half usually still drop off. Sometimes because the work is not a good fit, sometimes because the collaboration does not feel right, and sometimes because there simply turns out to be no match. All in all, this results on average in 1 to 2 new escorts per month who strengthen our team for the long term.
At the same time, an average of 1 to 2 escorts per month also leave. As a result, the team generally stays stable and we usually work with a group of low 40s to high 40s escorts.
