Transparency is important to us. Jules does not work on commission and does not accept kickbacks or third-party incentives. He charges a fee of €50 per hour (incl. 21% VAT) for the time he spends on your request and always secures the best possible deal. Any expenses related to your request are paid directly by you. If a prepayment is necessary – for example, to secure a reservation or purchase a gift – you will always receive a receipt or invoice for verification.
