The areas where travelexpenses are included are most of the Netherlands and parts of Belgium and Germany, with a maximum of 150 km from where the escort is based. For bookings between 150 and 250 km away, a surcharge between € 50 and € 100 applies. Bookings that require more than 250 km travel are discussed per booking. The minimumbooking is at least equal or higher then the traveltime. Meaning, our escorts will spend at least as much time together as they spend traveling to and from you.

International exclusive escortservice

Our escorts are free to travel international. Most European cities require a minimumbooking of 12 to 16 hours. Other worldwide cities require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours. When your destination can be reached via fast-train within 5 hours, the escort will travel by train in first class. For destinations that require a flight, our escorts will travel economy class for flights up to 4 hours. Flights of 4 to 6 hours are travelled in economy plus, if available or otherwise business class. Flights of 6 hours or longer are always in business class. Most European destinations require additional travelexpenses between € 300 and € 600. Most other worldwide destinations require additional travelexpenses from € 1000. Please keep in mind that 21% VAT is applied to all travel/visa/taxi expenses.
